Where Has My Sweet Boy Gone?

This is my youngest son Dman (that is his nickname since birth, don’t ask me but it stuck!) Dman is 3 years old. This is the Dman I know…

July fourth 8 July fourth 5 July fourth 6 July fourth 7

He has his Daddy’s humor for sure. I love that he got that trait! But since summer started, I only saw this silly guy above a few times. All he does is whine, cry, stomp, lay on the floor throwing fits… this is not my sweet baby boy! He’s got 2 older brothers and 1 older sister that are home for the summer. He wants ALL of their attention! Boy when he doesn’t get it, it gets ugly! I have tried everything I know….I miss my precious boy!

Do you have older children home this summer with your younger children (that don’t go to school)? Are you having the same problems? Did you find something that works?

(See even the person with 4 kids has tried everything she knows to stop it and nothing has worked!! God help this Mama!)

*quick update – I’m working on the new site, so if these posts tend to be short, this is why! I am so excited to finish it up and get it going! I will share as soon as I can!

Also, I would like to know… if  you using something outside of blogger or wordpress to write your posts (I use Windows Live Writer at the present time)… What is it? And does it have a feature on it to publish a certain time and day and it actually works! Mine has it but I can’t get it to work right!  Would you please let me know what it is you are using? That would be awesome, thanks!

Have a beautiful Tuesday!

  1. I, too, have four kids and they drive me up and down walls all summer. We go to the pool and walk in the evenings to keep their energy level down. If we don't walk, we send them outside. The heat and humidity tends to run anyone down after five minutes, then we rehydrate them, bath them, and put them to bed!

  2. Thanks for reminding me I am not alone!! :)

  3. I have 4 kids too. And life is crazy sometimes. Your little guy is adorable!!!

  4. Yes they are a lot of work aren't they! LOL. Thank you, he definitely knows how to work his mama! :)
